So I assume it to be general.
If I go by rhe previous year data then your chances of getting admission in any of the government colleges in odisha are almost negligible even through state qouta .
But if you are from a reserved category (sc,st)then you do have good chances of getting admission in any of the government medical college in odisha through state quota..For detailed information browse the following link.
