I score 87 in jee mains according to different coaching centre answer key and i have doubt in 2,3 question can I clear the cut off

Yes, official key can be different from answer keys provided by the coaching institutes.
Last year cut off was 100 marks for general category to qualify for JEE Advanced. This year it is expected that it will be around 95-110.
Dropping a year is not much good idea
You can get good private college in other states like: Haryana, UP, West Bengal, Punjab, Rajasthan, Maharashtra. Most of the states have reservation for other state students in private colleges based on JEE Main score/rank.
You need to apply separately for them.

but my main focus is on bitsat and also started preparation for it and for jee advanced too in hope that by luck I clear the cut of jee mains
and also suggest me which best college equivalent to top nits I can get from above exam
