I score jee main 2019 18040 can I get CS Or IT in NIT or IIT

Congratulations, for your score.
By the way, the rank or the score of jee mains will make you eligible to take admissions only in nits or iiits along with some other colleges and not in any iits.

Taking admission in iits requires desired rank in jee advanced exam for which you are qualified by scoring that much marks.

This rank will not give you cse or it in any of the top rated nits or iiits, but obviously you can get a descent branch in a very descent college.

First of all the admission to the IITs won't be given based on the JEE Main score.You will get qualified to the JEE Advance if you get a good score in JEE MAIN.And when talking about the NITs,with a rank of 18040 you will not be able to get CS if you don't belong to the home state of a good NIT.But you will have a better chance if you belong to the home state of the NIT.And when talking about the IT,you will be able to get,but not a good NIT.

These are sureshot chances where you can get CSE.

You should also check previous cutoff trends and college
