Hello aspirant!

I am sorry to say but with a score of 242 in NEET UG 2019, I don't think you will be able to get admission in any government or private college. If you're determined to take admission in medical then you should drop a year and appear again for the examination next year. I hope this information was helpful. I wish you all the best!
