With 321 marks, there are almost no chances of you to get a government medical college as you might be aware about the top marks scored this year,
So the cutoff for this year is too high and your marks are too low according to it.
There are even very few chances of you to even get a private medical college.
I would suggest you to try once again for the exam and score a enough better rank to get a government medical college or you can try to switch to some other medical courses.
