I Scored 38 in Maths but my overall percentage in boards is 74%. Can I apply?

Generally the colleges or Institute for the Bachelors degree required just aggregate percentage of a candidate in physics chemistry and maths not the overall percentage in 12th. do you have 38 marks in maths but if your aggregate percentage in physics chemistry and maths is above that of specified by the college that you wishes to get into then you can definitely apply

No but In the official eligibility criteria released for Clat, They have just mentioned that a Minimum of 45% is required for unreserved category. They haven't mentioned the aggregate percentage anywhere. So Only my Overall percentage must be considered right?
