According to the level of the paper of this year the cutoff is going to be very high as the Competetion is rising heavily so nothing cannot be said this moment .

Yes there is a probablity that  you may get a seat in a  medical collage but as an option ,I think the best would be to go for a private MBBS collage if you can afford. secondly there are other courses which you can opt for like the BAMS ,BHMS and veterinary courses.
