I scored 40 in jenpauh 2019 can i get admission in any govt. college in any courses other than nursing .

Hello aspirant,
Sorry to say but your score is very very less , and this time merit is so high ,so chances are very less for you to get a seat , it's better that you try in some private courses otherwise you can try next year with good marks.
