As per last year cutoff govt. Medical college, Tirunelveli was alloted with marks of 437 under general category. So you seems to have difficult chances of getting a college as the cutoff tend to increase slightly this year. Although it is difficult to tell you exact chances but you may try with dental/ demmed colleges.
