For general category based upon your score in NEET 2018, and the previous year cutoff, chances are less for admission to Government Medical Colleges under All India Quota and state quota. As I see your score in NEET UG 2018.
It is quite low to get a medical seat in Govt or private medical college.
You can get seat in 2nd orast round of Counselling in deemed Universities and Private Colleges.
