Hi,
428 is less for a general category student to get into any government college for mbbs or bds. You do have a chance in bams if you want to go there. Check your ranking and if you want to go for counseling, you have a chance to get a seat there. This year there is a high rise in cut off which you might have already seen. Don't lose hope.
