hey kartika, since this year's cutoff went very high that even the students getting 500 are worried about their colleges.So with this score and being a general candidate it would be very difficult for you to secure any goverment seat in state counselling for MBBS. However, you can get BAMS ANS BHMS course with this score or you can go for private colleges  with this score for sure .So, you must go and attend cousellings.all the best.

Dear student, Neet counselling is done for two type of seats: all India quota and state quota. With 441 marks in NEET UG 2019 you want secure any of the colleges going by all India quota. Neither can you get any Government Medical College in Madhya Pradesh as you belong to general category.

The NEET cut of marks for the government medical colleges of MP for ypur category will be 500+. However you stand chances at private colleges.
