I scored 477 in neet and I belong telangana in which college I can except seat in my state and in national pool of Karnataka

The cutoff for 15% all India Quota seats is certainly above 550 in all the government Colleges. Considering your score your chances of getting into this National pool of Karnataka is very low. However you have better chances in your state. Now the cutoff score depends upon your category also . Since you haven't mentioned your category I assume that you belong to the general category. Also the cutoff for the 85% state quota for general category is also above 500. So you may not be able to get into the government Colleges for MBBS. But you have fairly good chances of getting into the state quota seats of private medical colleges of Telengana where the cutoff  is above 450. Therefore you can easily get into this seat. If you belong to any other reserved category you may get into the government Colleges.
