Hello aspirant,
Since you are domiciled in UP, I'd like to tell you about the previous year cut off for EWS category in your domiciled state. It was 599 marks and the college allotted was Government medical college, Jaunpur.
In other states too, the cut off was around 550-650 marks. For example, in Madhya Pradesh, the final cut off was 599 marks and the college allotted was Bundelkhand Medical College. In Delhi, the last college allotted was Lady Hardinge Medical College at 622 marks.
So, you need a minimum score of 550 marks to get a government medical college. However, you can get various private and deemed universities such as Sharda University, Muzzafarnagar Medical College, Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College Wardha, SDU Medical College.

Hope it helps!
