I m sorry to say but it seems as if you fell behind by a few ranks to make it to the list.
Your score is no doubt good but the Rank Inflation this year has created a huge trouble.
For answering your question, it was a must to know your category. Since you didn't mention about it, I am considering it to be UR.
For the 2018 Kerela State Counselling, the last UR rank to get in to a medical college was 6032. In that case, your chances seem to be too bleak.
And even if we tally the AIQ stats, the closing rank for UR generally stands at 16-17k, in this case too the chances seem bleak.
However, you might get a chance into MBBS through self financed college and Pvt. Quota ones as their cutoffs are generally less.
