It is really a pleasure to hear that you scored such good score. If you intend to apply for AFMS then go their official website and there you can find the application form regarding the admission. During counselling they will check the physical fitness. Because as it is a part of indian army those who get alloted should possess a minimum fitness. That's their policy.
