If we consider previous year cutoffs and your score , then you have chances for the following colleges :

• Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Bhagalpur
• Anugrah Narayan Magadh Medical College, Gaya
• Government Medical College, Bettiah
• Sri Krishna Medical College, Muzaffarpur

All these colleges have their previous year cutoffs of around 540. So   if this year , we expect an increase of 20 marks in their cutoffs , then you can get a seat there. But uf the cutoffs increase by more than 20, then you have less chances.

In that case , you can try for private colleges .
