formula;
(100 - your percentile score ) x (Total number of students that gave jee mains )/100
Now , total number of students that appeared in jee mains January session this year was 869010 and your percentile score is 77 percentile.
So , your rank will be
= (100-77 )x 869010/100
=1.9 lakh
Thus, your rank will be near about 1.9 lakh .
