I scored 83 percentile in JEE MAIN January from West Bengal. I want to take admission in CSE in Delhi. Which university is best for me?? Please suggest some Government Or Private universitys name where I can take admission through this percentile.

Generally cutoffs changes every year as it depends upon various factors like, number of students appearing for the exam, difficulty level of the paper, Overall performance of the students, etc.
But considering the rank formula, your rank will lie somewhere in the range of 1.5 lakhs -1.6 lakhs, considering general category.
With this rank it is quite difficult to get any good college for Computer Science in our Capital.
You can try JAYPEE NOIDA, UIET CHANDIGARH.
