I scored 96 marks in uceed 2018 and my rank 231. I am in SC category. Is there a good chance of me getting an admission in any of the IIT's?

You have not mentioned your category rank. If 231 is your rank in the open category, you may be in with a chance because your category rank in that case would be higher. Remember that there are a total of only 105 seats at the IITs. On the other hand, if your category-wise rank is 231, you have little chance of admission.
