I secured AIR 192 in SC category. Can I get best NIT with best branch like CS.

Yes, with 192 category rank in SC Category( Around 12k in CRL), you can still get a seat in all the branches in all different NITs like CSE at NIT Trichy, Surathkal, Warangal, etc. and any other branch you want to pursue.
