What? How can you submit a fake certificate just only by editing. This can cause serious issues regarding the discrepancies in the information and your application may get cancelled. In such serious issues its better to go by yourself than to rely on your friend. I don't know in which examination or in which case you are referring but it can become a fatal in your admission or the relevance of the submission.
So if you wish you can contact the helpdesk and get it discussed if you can undone anything. This may not be possible but try your best if it can be done.
