It will be Tamilnadu as that is the state that you are pursuing your highest qualifying education.

But in tamil nadu rules if a student study from 8th class or I would live for 5 years only I belong to tamil nadu statePlse check nd informPlse

Its not about the no. of years that you have spent in a state that decide your state quota eligibility. Its the state that you finished your +2 from. For more information please go through the NEET website.

Dear Shivani, irrespective of the state that you have studied your 10th -12th, the eligibility criteria remain the same. Your qualifying exam should have Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognised board. Hope this helps!
