If my name is there in state medical councelling but against my name it is written that choice not available what does that mean??will the college name appear in next round?what should i do Im confused please help

If surname in Class X Certificate is with initials whereas in passport is expanded. e.g.In passort given name is Raj Tiwari & surname is Krishna Kumar pandey.But class X certificate is Raj Tiwari K K Pandey. Note that class 12 certificate is showing fully as in passport. Any issues in Neet & JEE?
