I uploaded the ews certificate which is given on 11 jan 2021(not valid for hee Advanced) in the jee Advanced application,now i got the new ews certificate which is given on 26 sep 2021(valid for jee Advanced).so now how can i upload the new ews certificate?

You can not upload it now , Carry it during Jossa Counselling.
