I ve complete 10th n 12th in Rajasthan. Is domicile certificate required for state quota?

For being elligible to participate in the State Counselling, the Domicile Certificate is a must because it's a proof that you have been staying in the state for long enough to entitled to procure a seat in the college.
Simply stating that you have passed both 10th as well 12th from Rajasthan, won't let you have the domicile certificate.
In order to earn it, you need to have a proof that you have been a resident of Rajasthan continuously for the past 10 years at the least.
Only then, the domicile certificate would be issued.
