For admission in IIT patna,

For all B.Tech programs- JEE Advanced

All the IIT aspirants have to sit for JEE Main and afterwards, JEE Advanced. Only the top 150,000 scores in JEE Main will become eligible to sit for JEE advanced.

For admission in NIT Patna,

The admission to Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) courses in NIT Patna is based on JEE – Mains (Joint Entrance Examination) rank. JEE Mains previously called as AIEEE include three sections on Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry. Although, by 2013, selection of students were made through the JEE Mains, and the final ranks will be given after considering 60% of the marks achieved in the entrance exam, and minimum 40% in the class12th Board exams.

Hii guru,

Admissions in IIT are based on JEE advance score and admissions in NIT are based on JEE mains score. And to get good score in JEE, you need to study physics, chemistry and mathematics of 11th and 12th.
