i want agbsc seat but rank is so high and i don't know how to operate computer... that's y my rank like this...

1st of all you are justified your question dear. Because you said that you want to admission in  agriculture BSC stream but your rank is high. So if your rank is high yoi cannot apply for government agriculture BSC colleges. You should apply private colleges .

But agriculture also required your 10th and 12th grade high for admission. If you have great marks then good.

But you didn't mention which State you belongs or which college you want. And you said you didn't operate computer. Don't worry you will learn computer from home using YouTube computer learning video. Or if you have time then join any computer course.
