- The Flipkart and Amazon are providing whole books on NEET practice papers.You can buy at a discounted price and practice. For this you have to find the author which will suitable and compare it, then buy.

- You can take it from the relatives, friends or friends of friends who have previously apply for NEET.

- There are learning apps too like topper, meritnation , byjus etc. who are providing the practice paper too.

Other than the papers given on this link, you can trying solving a few numericals based questions from NCERT because they would give you a pretty good idea of how well you have prepared.

Also for Biology, I'd recommend that you should go through all the theory given in the NCERT because most of the questions for Biology are from the textbook.
