To become an Aeronautical Engineer , you can pursue a B.E. or B. Tech. in Aeronautical Engineering after Class 12. Students should have a Science background, particularly Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics for B.Tech in Aeronautical Engineering . Admission may be through entrance examinations such as JEE Main, JEE Advanced, KCET or other relevant exams, depending on the institution. The undergraduate programme generally takes four years. Aerospace Engineering is another closely related option.
