I want to become a scientist.But I m nt intrsted in GATE CS.Is there any alternative to GATE which on cracking it can become a scientist?

Every year the agencies like ISRO and DRDO offer vacancies for graduate engineers on the basis of test. If you crack that exam and pass the personal interview then you will be selected as scientist in one of the most promising departments of India like department of space ISRO and DRDO. For appearing in that exam you have to have Indian citizenship.
