I want to become archeologists but i don't know which college is good or how much marks I need to join good college of archeologist also this is my final year of ba course

To become an Archeologist in India, following is the qualifications you need to have.
1. A bachelors degree in any of the following subjects-in archaeology or history or ancient indian history. Having a degree with any of above mentioned subjects as a major will work.
2. Then Masters in Archaeology. It is a 2 year course. Admission is given on entrance basis. If you clear the above mentioned criteria then you can apply for MA archaeology.

The colleges that offer MA archaeology are-

1. Deccan college postgraduate and research center ,pune

2-Maharaja Sayajirao University ,Baroda

3-Banaras Hindu University

4-Institute of Archaeology,delhi

5-University of Madras
