Hello,
The eligibility to become food safety officer or Food Inspector is to first have a Bachelor's degree in any stream.First you need to know that it is a government job.
Now, after completion of 3 to 4 years degree course in any stream you will become eligible to appear in Food Inspector Examwhich is conducted yearly by various state and central government.
Since, hotel management is a bachelor's degree, you can pursue this course and after completion you can apply for the exam.
