Hello
That is a descent course but in aircraft engineering you cannot change fields, also the starting salary is very less and you have to wait for years for it to get better.
Most of the jobs in Aircraft Engineering are onsite job not a sitting job.After doing the course you have to give an exam and have to get atleast 75% marks to become an aircraft engineer.
It is much better to do Aeronautical Engineering and then come to this field.

Institutions advertise with highest packages but the reality is that there is very less scope in this field due to high competition.
You can talk to the students of the alumni and ask them if you want.
After Btech in avaition you can do AME also
