My class 10th percentage is 45. But percentage of class 12th is 58 then will i be eligible to fill NEET form

There might be some conversion factor to convert your grades into percentage you should ask your school regarding this if there are not able to give you the answer you should contact your board. different boards has different conversion factors therefore you cannot answer exact conversion factor.
