Hi Aspirant,
The cutoff usually depends on several factors.
Assuming that you belong to the general category,you will find a course in some IIT of some branch with a rank of around 10000-11000.
However,try being in the top 5000 if you want to get into your desired college and branch.

It can't be said in direct way it will be hard to predict because it varies my branch to branch as well from campus to campuses of IIT .Below the link is given through which you can able to check the cuttoff of various IIT .
