Management seats are like a facility of direct admission based on extra money.
Management quota seat are reserved for those people who didn't qualify the eligibility criteria for getting aseatin college but are can spend more amount as donation to the college.
As far as diploma is concerned, you can get management seat in government colleges but many private colleges offer direct admission without any extra fees.
