I want to get admission in Vikas degree college bargah. I got back in economics exam in 16 July result likely in August can I apply

Dear Aspirant,

Sorry to say but if you have a backlog then you can't apply for the college until and unless you have cleared all the papers and have a clear result will you. So I suggest you don't apply instead of that prepare for the exam and score well.
