Hello Prashant,
Admission to different marine engineering programmes will be based on IMU CET scores. So, you need to qualify in the entrance first. The colleges affiliated to IMU CET may, however, conduct other admission rounds, including interviews, which you might have to take before you are offered a seat.
The application form of IMU CET 2018 will open tentatively in last week of March. The exam will be held around last week of May.
