In other terms using technology in the field of biology for a variety of applications. Now utilising Management skills to improve this process is Bio Technology Management. Biotechnology Management helps you understand the potential for developments in biotechnology to advance human health, environmental sustainability, food security and alternative renewables. You can gain a solid foundation in how to apply leadership and project management skills within this industry. You will gain theoretical experience in advanced technologies, explore a variety of economic concepts and how they can be applied in real world business and policy making. Now talking about the scope, hard work can do real magic in this field. When you start, you might see yourself as a Research Analyst, Junior Researcher, Clinical Researcher. As you grow up the ladder, you will see yourself as a Project Manager or a Clinical Development Officer among many other ranks.
