Taking a main subject totally depends on your interest.
Choose the subject according to your interest.
You can also choose the subject in which you are facing more doubts.
You should be clear about your career after your 12th class and your aim should be clear to acheive success in your field.
If you are planning to opt for engineering go for mathematics and if you have interest in medical go for biology.
