So with regard to your query, Of course he can apply for the JEE Mains exam. the syllabus for the JEE Main exam includes Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry subjects from the 10+2 level. JEE Main exam is conducted across India twice a year. the last date Phase 1 application form is completed, you can apply for the phase 2 exam.
