Generally ,the admission process in Osmania university starts in the month of April .The process of admission is based on the merit scored in common entrance exam conducted by Osmania university.So it's not an issue if you're from a different state.Hope this information is helpful.

Astrophysics is purely related with science of universe there are very few universities in India which provide education in undergraduate program in this field, Osmania university is one of them.The admissions are mainly granted on the basis of a common entrance test conducted by the Osmania University.

The minimum eligibility required to be met for admission to the course is a 10+2 qualification from a recognized educational Board with Physics and Mathematics as two of the main subjects with a minimum aggregate score of 50%.

A few institutes in India also conduct a Common Entrance Examination for admission to the course where in admission is based on the candidates performance in both 10+2 examination and the entrance test.
