Dear Iffat, your 12th score has got nothing to do with admission in Medical colleges. It only determines your eligibility for apearing in NEET. Inspite of your aggregate in 12th, you still have to appear and qualify in NEET. If you are from General Category, you should score atleast 50% of top NEET score. It is 40% for SC,ST,OBC. Now not every qualified candidate can get an admission in a Medical college. So based on the State domicile you have, you should apply either under All India Quota or State Quota. In 2018, under All India Quota the following marks got seats for various categories mentioned below:
General Category: 564
SC: 457
ST: 434
For State Quota it was:
General Category: 499
SC: 383
ST: 237
SE: 420
So keeping these scores in mind, you should score atleast 550 for State Quota and 600 for All India Quota. Sorry but 119 wont help.
