Yes.

There is no such criteria that student with gap or a dropper cannot apply for its entrance.

You can apply for BHU UET but certainly age limit is there so as on July 01 of year of admission, applicants must not be more than 22 years of age so if you are below 22 years then you are eligible for BHU UET but unfortunately the last date to register was 19th-Feb.
