I was a mechanical diploma student and I am a student of Btech cse. I think to change to megatronics because I can't understand the subject.

Hey
If you don't understand computer science. You should probably go for mechatronic subject. As Mechatronic engineering has a very wide field.
There is nothing to be afraid to become Mechatronic engineer - as Mechatronics basically consists 70% mechanical and 30% electronics.
Hence, being a Mechatronic engineer you can do the work of 2 persons simultaneously, companies will prefer you more than other core engineers.
BUT - *Make sure that you know whether you really want to do it or not?* - read about it / watch videos to expand your knowledge and them make a suitable choice as per your interest.
