Yeah definitely you will be eligible to register your name for the B.Tech or any of the UG category. Since your date of birth is 1997 that means your age is in between the 19 - 20 years of age and yaah definitely you will be able to apply for the JEE mains, might be this one is your last attempt. So if you wish to for the engineering then go with the option JEE Mains otherwise you can go with the other option B.Sc or for the other UG degree as well but only the thing which you have to do is to take the decision as soon as possible such that your career will move fastly.
