I was participated in national level karate sports in the year 2016 sgfi.will u guide me is it having sports quota?
Dear Student,
As Karate as sports is a part of Asian Games and Olympics, it qualifies for Sports Quota. Just to let you know, out of its four forms in India namely, Shotokan, Shidokan, Taikenkai and Kyokushin only Shotokan Karate is recognised for the forthcoming Olympic Games.
Please let us know, in which form you have participated in SGFI in 2016.

NEET has no such rules regarding sports quota but when yoully be going for counselling there are certain states that provide sports quota under 85%. You can check your State official counseling pages for details if you're eligible for that or not. All India level do not provide quota based on soprts but there's no harm in going through state admission booklet for same.
