You are scoring 50% aggregate marks in the four subjects then you can give neet exam next year.
According to neet exam eligibility criteria you just need to score 50% aggregate marks in four subjects if you belong to general, obc and sc category you have to score 45% and if you belong to pwd then you need to score 40%.

Yes you are eligible to appear in NEET 2020. UR - 50%, OBC/SC/ST - 40%, PWD - 45% (minimum aggregate marks only for PCB subjects). Mathematics percentage does not count in required aggregate, only aggregate of Physics, Chemistry and Biology are taken into consideration.
Also in the qualifying exam, 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subject in both Classes 11 and 12 from a recognized board.
