I was studying BA Economics in 2015. but i dmt complete.But college gave me Collage TC only. Not my 12th TC. Now the problem is i dnt write exams so i dont hav college Mark sheets. now can i apply new course with Collage TC and 12th mark sheet ?

Yes you can apply to the new course with your 12th marksheet and college TC. All you need to submit is all the relevant documents required at the time of admission and also you need to fulfill the eligibility criteria for seeking admission.
